How to make a dollar out of $0.15

"It's my last dollar and I'm holding on tight!" This is how the average person views things when life happens and things may get a little strained. But what if I told you that perhaps your last dollar could buy you more than you think or perhaps it could actually make you more money? Companies are learning that people aren't spending like they used to and to keep consumers shopping, they know that offering sales, coupons, and mark-downs, will at least get people in the door, and maybe even regain that customer loyalty they once had.
